Q. How long has Mobile Solutions Inc. been
in business?
A. The company was formed in 1998. The president, Bruce
Robertson, has been in the mobile merchandising business since
1988, first as VP of Sales of Custom Mobile Food Equipment,
Inc. in New Jersey, then as Director of Sales for Carts of Colorado
in Denver before starting Mobile Solutions Inc.
Q. How long does it take to have custom carts or kiosks
built?
A. That varies with the complexity of the unit and
the quantity. Generally, for an order of 6 or fewer carts,
we like to have six to eight weeks from the time we receive
an order and deposit until the units are ready to be shipped.
Q. What is Mobile Solutions warranty policy?
A. Our warranty is by far the best in the industry
100% warranty for one year, and three-year limited
warranty on the structure of the unit. OEM warranties cover
buyout equipment (such as grills, refrigerators, display cases,
etc.) Other cart builders offer only 90-day or 1-year warranties.
Q. Who is responsible for obtaining local Health Department
approval for mobile food carts?
A. Getting approval is the customers responsibility.
However, we will help you research the regulations and will
build your units accordingly. Final Health Department approval
is up to the customer.
Q. How are the units shipped?
A. Generally, they are blanket-wrapped and shipped
via an air-ride moving van to minimize risk of damage to the
units.

Q. Are you like the other cart companies
who just drop off the carts and expect us to inspect them
and clean them up?
A. No way! One of our advantages is that we will
meet the truck at your venue, inspect the units, note any
problems, then clean and prep the units to make sure theyre
ready for business.
Q. What does this service cost?
A. Its FREE! No other cart company does this.
Its just one aspect of our unprecedented level of
service!
Q. What if there is a problem with a cart?
A. Not to worry. We take care of it, no questions
asked. If something needs to be repaired, we take care of
it at no cost to you. Our goal is not merely to make you
a satisfied customers, but to make you a RAVING FAN!
Q. What about payment terms and conditions?
A. In most cases, we require a 50% deposit at the
time of the order, with the balance due when we have finished
building the units but before we ship them.
